Our single hydraulic gear pumps are engineered to meet rigorous industry standards and deliver reliable performance in demanding hydraulic systems. Manufactured with precision-machined gears and high-quality wear-resistant materials, these pumps provide excellent volumetric efficiency and mechanical durability. Designed for stable flow and pressure output, they minimize internal leakage and noise, ensuring smooth operation in construction machinery, industrial equipment, and mobile hydraulics.
- Typically 90% to 98% Volumetric Efficiency
- Hardened Steel Gears Mechanical Durability
- Stable Pressure Output
- Typically 90% to 98% Volumetric Efficiency
- Hardened Steel Gears Mechanical Durability
- Stable Pressure Output

Our double gear pumps feature two sets of precision-machined gears integrated into a single compact housing, engineered to provide enhanced flow capacity and pressure stability compared to single-stage pumps. Constructed with hardened steel gears and wear-resistant materials, these pumps deliver excellent mechanical durability and volumetric efficiency typically ranging from 85% to 95%. The dual-gear design ensures smoother, more continuous flow with reduced pulsation and noise, addressing operational challenges such as vibration and system instability common in single gear pumps.
- Higher Flow Rates and Pressure Capacity
- Reduced Flow Pulsation
- Improved Pressure Stability
- Superior Mechanical Durability
- Lower Noise Levels
- Compact Tandem Structure

Our triple gear pumps integrate three precision-machined gear sets into a single, robust housing, engineered to deliver superior flow capacity and enhanced system control compared to dual-stage pumps. Manufactured with high-strength steel gears and wear-resistant components, these pumps provide exceptional mechanical durability and consistent volumetric efficiency, typically ranging from 80% to 90%. The triple-gear design enables multiple independent hydraulic circuits from a single pump, reducing the need for multiple pumps and simplifying system design, particularly beneficial in complex hydraulic systems.
- Multiple Independent Circuits
- Increased Flow Capacity
- Enhanced System Control
- Reduced Complexity and Cost
- Improved Space Efficiency
- Durable and Reliable
FAQs
Cause:
Wrong rotation direction (gear pumps are divided into left/right rotation);
Oil filter is blocked or oil level is too low;
Oil temperature is too low, resulting in abnormal viscosity.
Solution:
Check that the motor direction is consistent with the direction marked on the pump body;
Clean or replace the filter element to ensure that the oil level in the tank meets the standard;
Select oil with appropriate viscosity or heat the oil temperature according to the season.
Cause:
Internal wear (such as excessive axial/radial clearance);
Leakage caused by overflow valve failure or oil contamination;
Air leakage on the suction side or excessive pipeline resistance.
Solution:
Replace worn gears, side plates or sleeves;
Clean or replace the overflow valve, and use hydraulic oil with a cleanliness standard (filtration accuracy ≤60μm);
Check the sealing and optimize the diameter and length of the suction pipe.
Cause:
Wrong rotation direction causes high-pressure oil to impact the oil seal;
Axial/radial force is too large (installation coaxiality deviation);
Seal material is mismatched or aged.
Solution:
Ensure the pump is rotating correctly and use an oil seal with a pressure resistance of ≥0.5MPa;
Adjust the installation coaxiality of the coupling (error ≤0.1mm);
Select oil-resistant seals such as nitrile rubber (NBR) and replace them regularly.
Cause:
Insufficient oil suction (filter element blockage, low oil level or pipeline leakage);
The oil viscosity is too high or contains bubbles;
Bearing damage or insufficient gear meshing accuracy.
Solution:
Clean the oil suction line and ensure the oil tank liquid level;
Replace the oil with appropriate viscosity and remove the air;
Replace the bearing or return to the factory to calibrate the gear accuracy.
Key measures:
Regular maintenance: replace filter elements and oil every 500 hours, and check the status of seals;
Select high-quality spare parts: such as original seal kits (such as KFP51 nitrile rubber kits);
Optimize working conditions: control oil temperature (≤80℃) and system pressure (≤90% of rated value).
Verification process:
Bench test: check whether the pressure, flow and noise meet the standards;
Load test: simulate actual working conditions for 30 minutes, monitor temperature rise and leakage.
Warranty service:
Professional repair shops (such as Permco) provide a 1-year warranty, covering parts replacement and labor costs.
Selection points:
Flow and pressure: Calculate the displacement based on the cylinder thrust (F=P×A) and speed;
Fluid compatibility: Mineral hydraulic oil (viscosity 16-80cSt) is preferred, avoid using highly polluted media;
Installation environment: Self-priming height ≤500mm, avoid high temperature or excessive vibration.
