What Is Covered

Quality Complaint Resolution Process

To claim warranty, please provide proof of purchase, product serial number, detailed fault description, and photos. Contact our service centers via phone, email, or online chat. Typical processing time is 7-14 business days. Repairs must be performed by service centers to maintain warranty validity.
